After activating thier Akugyougan, The user will look into the eyes of their target , this will transport the target's soul to an old Sanatorium were past members of the clan were sent.The Soul will be doomed to wander the dreaded halls of the Sanatorium until it finds the exit. Since the soul has left the body the target will be in a lifeless state similar to the comma until the soul escapes. This would give the user a perfect chance to finish the victim, however the user suffers major disorientation and Exhaustion after use.
